Credit checks are not carried out
Using the site does not perform a hard search or soft search. The site does not access your credit reports. You should check your own statutory credit reports directly if you need accurate personal data.
Hosting and basic logs
Like most websites, the hosting provider may process basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access for security and reliability. Credit Roadmap UK does not use this information to make lending decisions.
Cookies and analytics
The current static site does not require cookies for the roadmap generator to work. If analytics or additional services are added later, this policy should be updated to explain what is collected and why.
External parties
Credit Roadmap UK is not affiliated with lenders, brokers, credit providers or credit reference agencies. The site does not sell your roadmap answers to those organisations.
Do not enter sensitive details
The tool only needs broad answers. Do not type account numbers, passwords, National Insurance numbers, full debt reference numbers or other sensitive personal details into the site.

CreditRoadmap may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand page usage, tool interaction, navigation and site performance. Measurement events are intended to be aggregated and do not include names, addresses, detailed credit report data, account information, balances, income or personal identifiers.
Roadmap and planner features that save information use browser localStorage so the information remains on your device unless a separate feature clearly says otherwise. If a web analytics service is connected, only broad event names and non-sensitive labels such as tool name, page context, roadmap goal or broad risk band should be sent.
